The purpose of Pain Alleviated is mostly to suggest exercises and "homework" that get you moving more in alignment. The result is often less pain. However, there is a chance that the exercises may aggravate another area or make the pain worse. That is the risk of exercising.
By participating at Pain Alleviated, this is not considered medical advice. Edwin Ledgard, ACE-CPT is not a medical doctor or a physical therapist, although he has some medical background. The ideas presented to you have worked for us and for many other people but everyone has their own experience and outcomes.
Participation at Pain Alleviated is voluntary and you are trying all exercises and movement of your own accord. You can decline to try any exercise at any time.
Additionally, by signing below you agree to not hold Pain Alleviated, LLC responsible for any injury or damage while participating.
Payment is due before or just after each session and at the present time sessions are not covered by health insurance. Also note, if you cancel your session less than one full business day in advance or do not show, you will be charge for the session.
